Saw Hidalgo last night... very good movie. Viggo is one of those actors that disappears into his role. Some actors are always the actor, like John Travolta for example. Others, like Viggo and Johnny Depp, do an excellent job of becoming their role rather than just reading lines.

We ran into a gaggle of friends when we got to the theater: Mitch & Kristen, Paul & Heidi, and Ron & Melissa. I played with the idea of changing movies and going to see Starsky & Hutch with them. But Shannon & I were sort of on a date, and our tickets were already bought. Still, it was good to see everyone.

Been trying to not think too much about the Con. I keep telling myself I'm not under as much pressure as I think. In the end, like EQ, it's just a game. Maybe I'm still getting used to taking the reins of what will always at least partially be Rob's game, at least in my mind. And maybe I'm a little uneasy at being around so many people when they're looking to me for guidance, even when some of them don't want to hear it.

Still trying to get back into EQ as well.

But at least I'm writing more.

That's something, right?
